📋 Description

• Responsible for a portfolio of consumer and civil litigation • Drafting all pleadings and filings for the portfolio • Negotiating and executing settlements • Entering and updating information in the firm’s and client’s systems • Monitoring case progress and deadlines • Performing other routine activities related to the portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration • Law degree (completed); postgraduate studies in the field preferred • Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law • Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory) • Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential • Ability to work well in a team • Good communication skills and professional demeanor • Ability to handle large volumes of work and urgent demands • Oral and written communication skills • Dependability and regular attendance
