• Prepare and review notification forms for summary and ordinary merger/concentration filings to CADE (Administrative Council for Economic Defense); • Prepare and review submissions in administrative proceedings before CADE; • Draft responses to legal consultations related to competition law matters; • Prepare presentations for meetings; • Support advisory requests in the firm’s other practice areas as needed; • Supervise work and research, provide training, review and communicate with junior lawyers and interns.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree (active OAB registration - Brazilian Bar Association); • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Competition/Antitrust Law; • Required: Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking);
