📋 Description

• Drafting and reviewing pleadings in tax litigation and supporting the preparation of legal opinions, under supervision; • Updating case management systems and reviewing reports; • Monitoring cases, analyzing court notices/publications, and supporting the definition of litigation strategies and merits; • Handling client requests and liaising with court clerks, experts, correspondents, and others; • Preparing orders/filings and participating in oral arguments, when applicable, under guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Tax Litigation; • Postgraduate degree completed or in progress in related fields – desirable; • Knowledge of federal, state, and municipal administrative tax proceedings; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems; • Intermediate/advanced English – desirable.
