📋 Description

• Drafting and reviewing briefs and pleadings in tax litigation, and assisting in the preparation of legal opinions, under supervision; • Updating case management systems and reviewing reports; • Monitoring cases, reviewing court publications and supporting the definition of procedural and merits strategies; • Responding to client requests and liaising with court clerks, expert witnesses, local correspondents, and others; • Handling case-related administrative actions and participating in oral arguments, when applicable, under supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Tax Litigation; • Postgraduate degree completed or in progress in related fields — desirable; • Familiarity with federal, state and municipal administrative tax proceedings; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience managing case-tracking systems; • Intermediate/advanced English — desirable.
