📋 Description
• Client service • Coordination and alignment of litigation strategies • Drafting pleadings and legal opinions • Monitoring case proceedings • Preparation of reports • Updating the case management system • Oral advocacy and attendance at hearings
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree and active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) • Proficient with Windows and standard Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PDF tools • Experience in civil and consumer law • Knowledge of Advwin and Elaw systems and of education law is desirable
🏖️ Benefits
• Fixed monthly base pay • Quarterly compensation (based on performance and the variable compensation program criteria) • Payment of the current year's OAB annual fee (subject to meeting program requirements) • Bonus for client acquisition
