📋 Description

• Act on tax litigation matters, both administrative and judicial. • Draft procedural pleadings, motions, appeals, legal opinions and other legal documents. • Conduct doctrinal, case law and legislative research. • Analyze and interpret tax legislation, identifying risks and opportunities for clients. • Provide advisory support on tax matters, preparing guidance and legal solutions. • Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings, ensuring deadlines and agreed strategies are met. • Participate in client meetings and support the technical handling of matters. • Prepare memoranda, reports and technical materials. • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of internal processes within the department. • Share knowledge and support the development of junior professionals, when applicable. • Collaborate with other firm departments to ensure quality, organization and excellence in deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree. • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • Knowledge of Tax Law, with experience or interest in Litigation and Advisory areas. • Knowledge of federal, state and municipal tax legislation. • Experience drafting procedural pleadings and legal opinions. • Proficiency in case law and doctrinal research. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Analytical thinking and legal reasoning. • Organization and ability to manage priorities. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility. • Negotiation skills and client relationship management. • Teamwork. • Commitment to technical quality and meeting deadlines.
