📋 Description

• Attending and conducting hearings; • Drafting answers (defenses), appeals, and pleadings of high, medium, and low complexity; • Preparing appeal fee forms/guides; • Monitoring case progress; • Updating internal and client case management systems; • Conducting internal audits and audits at client request; • Assisting and supervising the activities of interns in the department.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) — completed; • Active OAB registration (6–30 months); • Experience across all stages of legal proceedings; • Civil litigation experience preferred; • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
