📋 Description

• The regulatory lawyer will support the day-to-day activities of the department, which include interface with ANATEL and drafting procedural filings of low to medium complexity; • Management and monitoring of deadlines; • Contractual analyses of regulated contracts; • Advisory work on regulatory compliance matters; • Research to prepare comments on public consultations and to provide input/submissions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; • Preferably 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the area, preferably in the telecommunications sector; • Postgraduate studies preferred; • Experience with legal systems; • Responsible, self-managed, autonomous, analytical, with a sense of urgency; • Hands-on and proactive profile; • Resilience, commitment, and good communication skills.
