📋 Description

• Draft and review issuance documents for securities; • Draft and review ancillary offering documents and related guarantees; • Provide legal support in the negotiation of transactions and public offerings; • Draft legal opinions on legal, regulatory, and self-regulation matters in banking and the capital markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree completed with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association) • Experience in local capital markets transactions • Experience working in banks, law firms, or other practical environments related to the subject • Ability to handle day-to-day transactions and recurring matters • Knowledge of banking and capital markets regulation and self‑regulation • Availability to work on-site 2 days per week in the Morumbi area • Advantage: Experience or exposure to structuring investment funds
