📋 Description

• Ensure the strategic management of high-complexity judicial and administrative litigation by defining legal strategies, drafting and reviewing pleadings, and managing external law firms, guaranteeing the defense of the company’s interests and mitigating legal risks. • Manage and control strategic and mass litigation, especially in civil, consumer, labor and criminal matters, promoting alignment between operational efficiency, risk control and corporate strategy, as well as monitoring legal performance indicators. • Manage law firms and external consultancies, monitoring technical and financial performance and adherence to corporate guidelines, ensuring quality, efficiency and effectiveness in handling matters. • Represent the company before public bodies, authorities, external firms and other relevant stakeholders, monitoring sensitive issues and cases with significant legal and reputational impact. • Issue legal opinions and specialized guidance by analyzing legal risks and impacts, providing support to senior management in critical decisions and strategic projects of the organization. • Act proactively to mitigate legal risks related to strategic and mass litigation through analysis of relevant cases, management of legal liabilities and monitoring of third parties involved in disputes of interest to the company, ensuring adequate legal protection for the organization. • Advise internal areas on relevant legal matters by providing preventive consulting and technical support, promoting the reduction of litigation and legal certainty of operations. • Develop and guide other attorneys on the team through technical mentorship and dissemination of best practices, strengthening legal maturity and technical excellence of the area. • Monitor legislative, regulatory and jurisprudential changes related to the matters under your responsibility, assessing impacts and proposing preventive and corrective measures to adapt business operations.

• Strategic and mass litigation (advanced) • Management of corporate civil, consumer, labor and criminal proceedings (advanced) • Management of external law firms and third parties related to litigation (advanced) • Management of contingencies, provisions and legal metrics (advanced) • Development of litigation strategies and legal risk analysis (advanced) • Preventive legal counseling for corporate areas (advanced) • Negotiation and handling of judicial and extrajudicial settlements (intermediate/advanced) • Experience working in large companies and high-volume litigation environments (advanced) • Stakeholder management and support to senior leadership (intermediate/advanced) • Knowledge of regulated sectors and/or telecommunications (asset) • Knowledge of jurimetrics and legal performance indicators (asset) • Experience with Power BI (asset) • Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate/advanced)
