📋 Description

• Reading legal publications and court notices • Drafting and reviewing pleadings and legal documents • Preparing legal opinions and analyses • Reviewing and entering information into case-management systems • Client meetings • Preparing reports • Tracking incoming and closed cases

🎯 Requirements

• Completed law degree; postgraduate specialization in the field preferred • Active OAB/SP registration (Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo) • Experience in Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Consumer Law • Strong organizational skills and ability to work quickly • Ability to handle large volumes and urgent requests • Strong oral and written communication skills • Reliability and punctuality • High productivity • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
