📋 Description

• Internal Advisory Support: Provide legal support to internal departments, advising on labor practices, team management, and the application of relevant legislation. • Participation in Meetings: Serve as the labor law representative in strategic meetings, contributing to decision-making that aligns with legislation and the company's interests. • Management of External Law Firms: Oversee and coordinate the work of external firms handling labor cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Labor Law required; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required; • Deep technical legal knowledge in labor law; • Organized and able to manage a high volume of cases; • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills; • Resilience; • Strategic mindset and decision-making ability.
