📋 Description
• Review of legal research to define strategy and arguments; • Proactively respond to case developments; • Analysis of documents and evidence; • Prepare draft emails to clients and arbitral tribunals; • Draft and/or review initial drafts of court and arbitration filings prepared by junior lawyers; • Participate in internal and client meetings to define strategy; • Work on strategic civil litigation and arbitration, including case management, drafting procedural documents, memoranda and research, orders, hearings and oral arguments.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree (completed) with active Bar registration (OAB); • Fluent English; • Knowledge of French is a plus; • Proven experience in law firms in Civil Litigation and Arbitration is essential.
