📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end management of a labor litigation portfolio • Draft procedural pleadings for the merits (trial), appeals, and enforcement/execution stages • Update and maintain legal case management systems • Represent the firm in hearings and judicial conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Reside in the city of São Paulo or the Greater São Paulo area • Hold at least 2 years of active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Experience in labor litigation handling a retail client portfolio • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Postgraduate qualification in labor law is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Previous experience in the enforcement/execution phase is a plus
