📋 Description
• Full management of the labor litigation caseload • Drafting of procedural documents in the trial (merits), appellate and enforcement phases • Updating and maintaining legal case management systems • Acting as counsel in hearings and judicial conferences (despachos)
🎯 Requirements
• Reside in the city of São Paulo or Greater São Paulo • Minimum of 2 years' experience in labor litigation • Experience in labor litigation for retail clients is a plus • Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) • Postgraduate degree in labor law is desirable • Strong verbal and written communication skills
