📋 Description

• Management of a high-volume civil and consumer litigation caseload • Monitoring deadlines and official publications • Drafting various procedural documents, with an emphasis on appeals • Updating case management systems and court portals • Close client interaction, with a focus on priorities, risk assessment and continuous workflow improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active OAB‑SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association) • Previous experience in high-volume civil and consumer litigation • Experience managing a caseload (not limited to assembly-line processing) • Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure, Consumer Law and Civil Liability (tort) • Strong legal drafting skills, clear communication and a collaborative attitude • Organized, proactive, ownership mentality and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
