📋 Description

• Draft contracts and contract templates of all kinds, including negotiable instruments and collateral/security documents for the bank's domestic and international financial and capital markets operations. • Advise internal departments and business units in conducting negotiations with clients and counterparties. • Participate in the technical-legal structuring of new bank products and enhance existing products. • Research laws and regulations applicable to the banking sector and stay up to date on regulatory developments. • Prepare internal legal opinions in response to inquiries involving legal issues. • Draft and review the department's internal handbook. • Consult with the Central Bank, the CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission) and related entities to clarify questions and obtain guidance. • Provide guidance to the bank's internal areas based on applicable legislation and the institution's internal policies for specific cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law. • Advanced English. • Attorney duly registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • Knowledge of the banking and agribusiness sectors, and experience with litigation and contracts specific to these areas.
