📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (purchase and sale, supply, partnerships, confidentiality agreements, among others); • Work on contracts related to final waste disposal, waste collection, energy, gas, and carbon credits; • Support the commercial team in the legal structuring of transactions and negotiations, including with foreign counterparties; • Identify contractual risks and propose pragmatic solutions aligned with the business; • Manage requests using KPIs and SLAs, ensuring predictability, speed of delivery, and technical quality of outputs; • Identify contractual risks and propose pragmatic solutions aligned with the business; • Provide legal advice on strategic projects; • Maintain constant interface with internal areas, especially the commercial team.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association); • Previous experience with commercial contracts, preferably involving infrastructure, energy, or waste sectors; • Knowledge of contracts for waste management and disposal, energy, gas, and/or carbon credits; • Regulatory knowledge related to waste, energy, infrastructure, gas, and carbon topics; • Ability to manage a high volume of requests with organization and a focus on deadlines (SLA); • Proficiency in English, with experience in negotiation and contract drafting; • Pragmatic, responsive, and business-oriented profile.
