• Case and procedural analysis • System updates • Representation at hearings as counsel • Monitoring court publications and docket updates • Managing procedural deadlines • Entering data into the client's system • Assisting in managing client matters • Client communication and support

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of labor procedural rules (summary and ordinary procedures) • Awareness of peremptory deadlines under the CLT (Brazilian Consolidation of Labor Laws) • Full operational proficiency in PJe (Electronic Judicial Process) system • Ability to perform system maintenance • Ability to read and dispute liquidation calculations (overtime, related effects, FGTS) to determine the actual risk/exposure of a case during the enforcement phase • Time management for hearings, critical deadlines, and client meetings • Resilience and emotional intelligence • Assertive communication • Attention to detail • Results-oriented
