📋 Description

• Conducting hearings; • Drafting answers/defenses, appeals and legal pleadings of high, medium and low complexity; • Handling settlement negotiations; • Monitoring case progress; • Updating internal and client systems; • Conducting internal audits and audits at the client's request;

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent); • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Experience in all stages of legal proceedings; • Experience in civil litigation is desirable; • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
