📋 Description

• Review of court/publication notices and monitoring of procedural deadlines; • Drafting petitions and procedural documents in indemnity, damages, and insurance claims lawsuits; • Managing audit spreadsheets and organizing case data; • Preparing status, closure, and case follow-up reports; • Client contact and support, including sending reports on case progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration; • Experience in civil litigation, preferably in indemnity or insurance claims cases; • Strong skills in deadline management and procedural routines; • Familiarity with legal case management software;
