📋 Description

• Drafting and Review: Draft and review various contracts (service agreements, NDAs, supply agreements, leases, academic and commercial partnerships, among others); • Workflow Management: Manage signature workflows (physical and digital), as well as contract terms and renewal deadlines; • Organization: Keep the contract repository and legal database up to date; • Legal Opinions: Prepare legal opinions on the organization's contracts to identify and mitigate risks; • General Activities: Perform other tasks inherent to the legal department

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association); • Required experience in legal and contract-related work; • Strong drafting and writing skills; • Knowledge of contract management and contract analysis
