📋 Description

• Analysis of federal and social security legislation • Handling and drafting responses to federal inspections/audits (with focus on PIS, COFINS, Income Tax (IR) and CSLL) and social security audits (administrative sphere) • Support for internal and external audits • Access and control of transactions on e-CAC (Federal Revenue online portal) • Consultative support to internal clients (business areas) • Review of legal opinions and preparation of responses to tax inquiries • Monitoring changes in legislation and case law • Support in tax planning studies

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in tax advisory (consultative) work • Knowledge of tax planning (scenario analysis, corporate reorganizations, tax incentives, among others) • Experience in law firms or legal departments with a tax advisory focus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools • Law degree and active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Preferably pursuing postgraduate studies in Tax Law • Intermediate or advanced English considered a plus
