📋 Description

• Procedural analysis, focusing on the review and thorough assessment of documents, identifying critical issues that affect case progress. • Drafting petitions and procedural documents for claims involving compensation, damage remediation, and automotive insurance incidents, with careful attention to detail and deadlines. • Direct client contact, providing legal support and keeping clients informed about case developments. • Managing spreadsheets, organizing data, and maintaining control of information relevant to daily legal operations. • Preparing detailed reports on case progress to support decision-making and monitor legal strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB registration. • Strong deadline-management skills, ensuring compliance with all procedural obligations. • Familiarity with legal tools, such as case management and document management software. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client service and drafting legal documents. • Postgraduate qualification in Civil Law or Civil Procedure is desirable, aimed at technical and practical development in the respective areas.
