📋 Description
• Work on M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, drafting contracts and corporate documents, and participating in meetings with clients and counterparties to discuss and negotiate the terms and conditions of transactions; • Drafting corporate documents; • Drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts; • Researching doctrine and case law on corporate matters and preparing documents such as legal opinions, memoranda, and other related materials.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree completed between December 2023 and January 2026; • At least 1 year of experience in Corporate Law; • Advanced English.
