📋 Description
• Handling low-complexity cases, including drafting strategic pleadings • Appearances at hearings and conducting procedural actions • Direct contact with clients, ensuring alignment and follow-up on matters • Liaising with company representatives and witnesses • Consultative work, including drafting legal opinions and providing strategic legal support
🎯 Requirements
• Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration • Minimum of 2 years' experience in labor law • Strong knowledge of substantive and procedural labor law • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with legal/case management systems • Postgraduate degree • Proficiency in English
