📋 Description

• Analyze supplementary health (private health insurance) cases to identify matters eligible for closure, evaluating the technical and procedural criteria applicable to each case. • Complete and update the client’s systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of procedural records. • Monitor the progress of cases in mass/high-volume litigation, track deadlines, and take appropriate actions at each stage. • Support the control and organization of case data and the sector’s operational routines, contributing to efficiency and smooth workflow.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in contentious litigation, preferably in high-volume litigation environments, with mastery of the operational routines of mass litigation. • Experience in the Supplementary Health sector (health insurance/health plan operators), with knowledge of applicable legislation and the specific features of claims involving health plan operators, will be considered a relevant competitive advantage in the selection process.
