📋 Description

• Conduct daily review of court and procedural publications, identifying deadlines and required actions. • Schedule and monitor deadlines, ensuring compliance with procedural obligations. • Prepare management and operational reports, consolidating relevant information on case progress. • Produce case update reports, ensuring clear and accurate communication of case movements to the teams involved.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), active and in good standing. • Experience reviewing court/publication notices and managing legal deadlines (docketing). • Familiarity with legal case management systems and process management tools. • Proficiency in preparing reports and organizing information. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability. • Good written communication for recording and updating case information.
