📋 Description
• Full management of the labor litigation caseload; • Drafting procedural documents at the trial, appeals, and enforcement stages; • Updating and maintaining legal systems; • Representing the firm as counsel in hearings and case management meetings;
🎯 Requirements
• Reside in the city of São Paulo or Greater São Paulo; • Minimum of 2 years' experience in labor litigation; • Experience handling litigation for hospital clients; • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
