📋 Description

• Draft, review and negotiate contract drafts requested by the company's various departments, aiming to mitigate potential risks to the company, with a focus on the automotive sector. • Respond to inquiries from various company departments regarding operational legal matters. • Create standard contract templates based on the needs of other departments. • Perform common administrative tasks typical for lawyers working in legal departments (e.g., submitting documents for signature through the system, filling out spreadsheets, creating tracking controls and presentations, among others). • Monitor new legislation and its application to the company's business.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a company's Legal Department. • Mandatory experience in contract law/contract management. • Completed Law degree. • Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration. • Advanced English.
