📋 Description

• Represent the client as a preposto (company representative) in hearings before JEC (Small Claims Courts) and PROCON, in consumer law cases • Conduct hearings with confidence, clarity, and a professional demeanor appropriate to judicial and administrative settings • Retrieve and upload documents in the client's systems, ensuring deadlines are met and the integrity of information is maintained • Organize and control case documentation related to the matters under your responsibility • Maintain active and structured communication with the internal team regarding hearing progress and outstanding documentation • Report relevant developments from hearings clearly and promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active registration at OAB/SP (São Paulo Bar Association) • Prior experience conducting hearings (JEC, PROCON or similar) • Experience with administrative routines and legal document management • Familiarity with case management systems or corporate client portals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proactive, organized, with strong time-management skills
