📋 Description

• Drafting legal opinions and memoranda on matters related to litigation strategy; • Challenging taxes that have been unlawfully assessed at the municipal, state and federal levels, acting in all stages of the proceedings; • Assisting in the preparation of defenses in tax enforcement/collection proceedings (executions), covering a wide range of taxes; • Filing lawsuits to dispute various federal, state and municipal taxes; • Monitoring leading cases before the STF (Supreme Federal Court) and STJ (Superior Court of Justice); • Direct participation in several significant cases as amicus curiae for institutional representation.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed); • Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in related areas will be considered a plus; • Prior experience in a law firm is desirable; • Experience in tax litigation (judicial tax litigation); • Experience managing a high volume of deadlines; • Knowledge of tax law and civil procedure; • Advanced English will be considered an advantage.
