📋 Description

• Review of documentation and drafting of medium- and high-complexity petitions; • Management and scheduling of procedural deadlines for medium-volume mass litigation; • Regular monitoring of the case portfolio; • Preparation of procedural reports; • Development of legal strategies and procedural arguments; • Drafting of pleadings and appellate briefs; • Negotiation and conclusion of settlements; • Technical supervision of interns; • Oral arguments and preparation of legal opinions; • Analysis of property registrations/title searches; • Client service, including meetings and email correspondence;

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed); • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association); • Experience in all stages of the judicial process; • Experience handling strategic cases is preferred; • Basic Microsoft Office skills;
