📋 Description

• Drafting and reviewing complex contracts and business-related documents. • Drafting and reviewing various corporate documents. • Responding to internal legal inquiries and issuing legal opinions. • Preparing reports. • Conducting critical review of legal documents in general. • Active participation in internal and external meetings with stakeholders from different countries.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active registration in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • Spanish fluent/advanced (required for daily interaction with South American operations). • Intermediate English. • Proven experience in Contracts. • Proactive profile, excellent communication skills, and a focus on innovation/technology; able to structure new business models and recommend improvements. • Prior experience in the Franchising sector. • Knowledge of and practical experience in Consumer Law. • Knowledge of or interest in artificial intelligence tools applied to legal practice.
