📋 Description

• Prepare and calculate procedural deadlines and draft initial pleadings, with attention to case organization and legal requirements. • Monitor and manage procedural deadlines, ensuring the proper progression of matters. • Analyze legal documents, identifying information relevant to the cases. • Organize documents and court filings to ensure proper case file instruction. • Conduct case law research to support the legal reasoning of pleadings.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, in-good-standing registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing judicial and administrative proceedings, including drafting pleadings, defining legal strategies, and strict deadline management. • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in deadline control, with a focus on technical quality of deliverables. • Proficiency with legal tools, case management software, and court electronic filing systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication, with technical practice and consultative, strategic client service. • Knowledge and practical experience in Medical Law, with familiarity with healthcare regulations, medical liability, hospital contracts, and regulatory aspects. • Postgraduate degree in Medical Law and/or Civil Law and/or Civil Procedure with a practical application focus is desirable.
