📋 Description

• Work in the Contracts practice, with solid experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing medium- and high-complexity contractual instruments; • Be an organized, dynamic, and proactive professional; • Handle contractual matters, work closely with clients and partners, maintain a practical, execution-oriented approach, demonstrate initiative, and exercise great care in legal drafting; • Act responsibly, with business acumen, attention to deadlines, and a desire to actively contribute to the development of the practice area and the growth of the firm.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as an attorney in the contracts area; • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various domestic and international contracts; • Experience with commercial, civil, and corporate contracts; • Structuring and reviewing service agreements, partnership agreements, licensing, assignment, and use-of-rights agreements; • Providing legal support to operations and multidisciplinary projects, interfacing with other areas of the firm; • Analyzing contractual risks and preparing legal opinions; • Coordinating signature workflows, amendments, and contract management.
