📋 Description

• Attending and conducting hearings; • Drafting defenses, appeals, and other legal pleadings of low, medium, and high complexity; • Case monitoring and management; • Updating internal case management systems and client portals; • Conducting internal audits and audits at the client's request; • Assisting with and supervising the work of legal interns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent); • Active OAB registration (license to practice law in Brazil); • Experience in all phases of the litigation process; • Experience in civil litigation is desirable; • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
