📋 Description
• Complex financing transactions (project finance); • Drafting documents for public securities offerings (CRI, CRA, debentures, and securitization); • Preparing and updating reference forms; • M&A transactions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Law and active bar registration (OAB); • Preferably graduation date between December 2024 and December 2025; • English: advanced to fluent; • Previous experience in Project Finance, Capital Markets, M&A and corporate law;
