• Complex financing transactions (project finance) • Drafting documents for public securities offerings (CRI, CRA, debentures and securitizations) • Preparing and updating reference forms • M&A transactions
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association) • Preferred graduation date between 12/2024 and 12/2025 • Advanced to fluent English • Previous experience in Project Finance, Capital Markets, M&A and Corporate Law
