📋 Description
• Auxiliar na revisão e elaboração de contratos comerciais e acordos de confidencialidade. • Realizar pesquisas e análises jurídicas sobre regulamentações de privacidade de dados e conformidade com as normas do setor de saúde aplicáveis à fintech. • Colaborar na gestão de assuntos de governança corporativa e no cumprimento normativo geral da empresa. • Trabalhar com equipes internas para garantir a conformidade regulatória de produtos e serviços. • Apoiar na preparação de documentos legais, políticas e procedimentos internos. • Contribuir para a identificação e gerenciamento de riscos legais.
🎯 Requirements
• Graduação em Direito por uma universidade no Brasil. • OAB Ativa • Mínimo de um ano de experiência em uma renomada firma de advogados na área de direito corporativo e M&A. • Domínio fluente de inglês e espanhol (indispensável).
