• Responsible for managing customer relationship for existing customers • Achieving individual annual sales targets on contracts, billables and modernizations • Understand annual customer budget • Analyse revenue and GM after execution and take or initiate corrective actions if needed • Analyse revenue, cost and GM annually of sold/existing contracts • Analyse Key Account Data (sales and margin per customer/contract) and take or initiate corrective actions if required • Deliver high quality quotes in the agreed/expected timeframe to customers • Regular visits of existing customers to understand the needs and provide potential solutions/quotes • Participate on local/central tenders or contract updates and price negotiations • Cooperate closely with the Service Operations to identify modernization opportunities • Cooperate closely with central Modernization Manager to understand central developed products – or to create new products with deep understanding of local needs • Support Technician Sales Process to increase billable sales
