📋 Description

• Become an expert in the Viessmann product line including the installation, start-up & commissioning, service & troubleshooting details and associated technology • Product Line Expertise includes Residential & Light Commercial condensing boilers, heat pumps – air to air, air to water and water to air • Establish/Showcase a signature teaching style that maximizes student engagement and retention • Deliver targeted, high-impact training sessions tailored to various stakeholders, including sales teams, wholesalers/distributors and trade contractors/dealers. • Be a main contributor / collaborator with other Academy instructors on the Academy Curricula Including but not limited to, upkeep and creation of presentations, course agendas, and associated class handouts, with this emphasis on in territory/travel training adaptation • Assist in the develop, design and implementation of useful tools for in territory trainings (e.g., traveling control simulators and the infomobile [mobile-training unit] fleet) in the effort to exchange training effectiveness • Oversee and Assist, if needed, with driving the infomobile, in field maintenance and upkeep

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED with a Trade School Certificate or 5+ years apprenticeship • 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC/R • 2+ years of public speaking or teaching experience • Travel up to 75% of the time for in territory classroom trainings or as needed with in North America (United States and Canada)
