📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators • Service-oriented consulting for our customers from heating companies by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service within an extended radius of your deployment area

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant trade such as Anlagenmechaniker SHK (plumbing/heating/A/C mechanic), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer • Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or HVAC • In possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage • Valid driving licence, Class B
