📋 Description

• As the point of contact for sleep laboratories and private practice physicians, you professionally support our customers in the daily use of our systems. • Installation, maintenance and technical instruction: you commission new devices and systems at the customer's site, perform maintenance, and train users in a clear and confident manner. • You demonstrate technical competence, provide clear explanations, and present a service-oriented demeanor.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a state-certified medical technician is an advantage • Solid physiological knowledge (EEG, ECG, etc.) desirable • Medical and technical understanding • Confident and professional demeanor • Strong customer and service orientation • Excellent organizational skills and willingness to travel • Very good PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office
