📋 Description

• As a Field Sales Consultant, you act as a knowledgeable advisor for our customers in agricultural, municipal and commercial technology. • You ensure professional sales of our comprehensive product range within your sales territory. • With creativity and commitment, you nurture and maintain customer relationships. • Through your persuasive manner, you win new customers for BayWa and help further expand our market position. • You prepare tailored offers for our customers and proactively follow up and process them. • You constantly monitor market developments and competitors and take these into account when pursuing your sales targets in close cooperation with your colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a technical and/or commercial qualification, ideally with a focus on agricultural technology. • Previous experience in sales of agricultural, municipal or commercial equipment is a plus. • You hold a class B driving licence and are proficient with MS Office applications. • As a Field Sales Consultant, you are hands-on and convince our customers with your personality. • You sell our premium product range with enthusiasm. • You are a natural salesperson and welcome having your performance measured by your results. • You enjoy organizing and structuring your workday independently.
