• Implement a sales strategy that generates repeatable, scalable revenue (license sales, subscription models, renewals, cross-/upsell) • Execute the complete go-to-market strategy: from lead generation and deal closing to renewals • Leverage marketing as a growth driver: refine target groups and personas, develop campaigns and content that deliver high-quality leads • Work closely with platform, module, and project teams to ensure customer requirements are realistic and that value is clearly communicated • Engage partner management: maintain joint customer lists, approach strategic accounts together, and share expertise • Revenue planning, regular forecasting, and responsibility for order intake • Represent HiScout externally: at conferences, with key accounts and partners, and in public — acting as HiScout's face in the market
• Several years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in compliance, privacy, or IT security markets • Proven track record in license/subscription sales, renewals, and cross-/upsell • Excellent communication and presentation skills — both internally and externally • Confident presence as the company's face with customers, partners, and at events • Experience with common CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Confluence) • German at native level; English business fluent • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
