📋 Description

• Commission and service heat pumps at end customers’ homes and facilities operated by commercial customers • Provide service-oriented advice to customers of heating contractors by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Support field service colleagues in the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participate in the on-call service rotation with the goal of assisting customers as quickly as possible • Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot heat pumps

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC technician (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Valid refrigerant handling certification • Valid Category B driving license • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude • Highly customer-oriented approach • Willingness to travel
