📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing our heat pumps for end customers and system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to our heating contractor customers by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participating in the on-call service rota with the aim of assisting customers as quickly as possible • Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer • Ideally, additional qualification as a master craftsperson or technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Valid refrigerant handling certification • Valid Class B driving licence • Good spoken and written German skills • Strong technical aptitude • Strong customer focus • Willingness to travel
