📋 Description

• Provide customer-focused technical support for Hach’s equipment portfolio • Perform commissioning, inspections, maintenance, and repairs • Support Hach’s product portfolio for water and wastewater measurement • Provide customer training and instruction • Work closely with the Sales team • Recommend expanding service contracts and replacing equipment • Support product improvements • Assist with installations for trial setups or customer projects • Build customer satisfaction and strong customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Qualification as a Service Technician, Electrical Engineering Technician, water and wastewater management specialist, or specialist in wastewater or water supply technology (m/f/d) • Willingness to travel on business daily, with 2–3 overnight stays per month • Class B driving license • Proficiency in German
