📋 Description

• Commission and maintain our heat pumps at end customers’ homes and facilities operated by commercial customers • Provide service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by telephone and on site • Ensure customer satisfaction • Support colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participate in the on-call service to provide customers with assistance as quickly as possible • Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot heat pumps to support sustainable energy solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a heating, plumbing, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems technician, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Ideally, further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification • Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is an advantage • Valid Class B driving licence • Good spoken and written German • Strong customer focus and willingness to travel • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for heating solutions
