📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing our oil- and gas-fired systems at end customers’ and plant operators’ sites • Providing service-oriented advice to our heating contractor customers by phone and on site • Ensuring customer satisfaction • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participating in the on-call service rotation to assist customers as quickly as possible • Working in technical field service throughout the Frankfurt region

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a SHK systems mechanic (plumbing, heating and air-conditioning), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Further qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician is preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate required; Category 2 certificate is an advantage • Valid Category B driver’s license • Good spoken and written German • Experience with large burners is desirable, ideally including third-party brands • Strong customer focus and willingness to travel • Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for heating solutions
