📋 Description

• Perform maintenance as well as metrological (MTK) and safety-related (STK) inspections in accordance with the German Medical Devices Operator Ordinance (MPBetreibV) • Carry out minor on-site repairs at customer locations • Analyze technical issues and promptly resolve malfunctions at customer sites or by telephone • Provide technical support and advice to customers during on-site appointments • Document all service visits and activities using modern digital tools • Ensure complete follow-up of all service activities

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a hearing aid acoustician or technical training in electrical engineering, electronics, medical technology, or IT • Initial field service experience, ideally in medical technology, is an advantage • Proficiency with Windows operating systems, PC hardware, and Office applications • Knowledge of networking and systems integration is desirable • Structured, detail-oriented, and self-organized approach to work • Team player with a strong customer and service orientation • Excellent communication skills • Professional, friendly, and confident manner when dealing with customers • High willingness to travel within the assigned territory • Class B driving license • Very good spoken and written German • English language skills are desirable • Residence within the assigned territory in postal code areas 27xxx–31xxx or 37xxx–39xxx
