📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and with system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and in person • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participating in on-call duty to provide customers with the fastest possible support

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (SHK) systems, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer • Further qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician is preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate required; Category 2 certificate is an advantage • Valid Class B driver’s license • Good written and spoken German • Technical aptitude, strong customer focus, and willingness to travel
